Licensed Practical Nurse

Duties and responsibilities: Licensed practical nurses (LPNs) are nurses who take care of sick, injured, or disabled patients. LPNs may organize patient health information and do other things like; take a patient's vitals, administer medication, monitor improvement, assist patients with their personal hygiene, take blood pressure and other basic medications, use all the equipment, and clean up and change bedding like pillows and sheets.

Salary: $34,000 - $45,000

Education: Must pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN)

Reflection: Do you think you would like to become one? Why? Why not? I think that it would be nice to become a nurse but I would rather  choose a more challenging job for my brain. It is a very respectable job though that is very important for a hospital.
