Enthusiasm
"Enthusiasm makes the difference." -Dr. Norman Vincent Peale
I can enthusiastically agree that enthusiasm makes all the difference when doing anything. Wanting do do something rather than feeling like you should do something is a better way to get motivated. The difference between wanting to do something and doing that thing is motivation had enthusiasm. If you are motivated you can do anything. It would be impossible to live life without motivation. .Everyone in the world who has ever followed their dreams had enthusiasm and motivation for what they dreamed about. If you are not motivated then what ever you are doing will just feel like a chore and it will be no fun. One way to motivate yourself is to do something you look forward to everyday. I look forward to having a good job and a really nice home so that gives me motivation to get good grades. Without enthusiasm and motivation we would never improve, we would just be stuck with our same routines everyday and have no fun.

"I wasn't trying to leave a legacy, I was trying to do what was right."- Dean Smith
I think that what Mr. Smith's motive is a good thing to live by. He obviously inspired his team and everyone watching him. His fans and players will remember him as the man who changed their lives for the better. Hopefully everyone who ever saw him and knew him use him as a reason why to live a better life. He inspires all his players to graduate from college which i think is an amazing thing. It is nice to think that this coach cares about his player's education as much as their health, and their well-being. Even if he did not intend to leave an amazing legacy, he will never be forgotten. I hope he inspires more people to do good things, and to live their life in the best way for them. He is a truly inspiring basketball coach.

"It's not about how you acheive your dreams. It's about how you lead your life. If you live your life the right way, the karma will take care of itself. The dreams will come to you."- Dr. Randy Pausch
I do not comepletly agree with this quote because I belive that you should take matters in your own hands if you want to follow your dreams. You never just get your dreams if you do not do anything. Life is baout choices that determine your future, this quote makes even less sense if you do not belive in karma. How you achive your dreams is very important, some people achive their dreams of becoming rich by doing unfair and cruel things. Living your life the right way is so vague, everyone may or may not have similar ideas to what is right or what is wrong. It is not very sensible to base your happiness on good luck or fortune. Change requires action, doing nothing will just keep you in the spot that your in.

Animation
I am not sure what my passion is yet, my choicewould be between medicine or animation, I love to draw and to be able to put my thoughts and my imagination through a pencil or paint and be able to know that I have created something that is independent and special.
I also find medicine very interesting but I am not coempletley usre why. I am planning to make a career out of medicine but after a while i will probably go to an art school once I am finacially stable. I hope I can work in animation one day or have a career that will not feel like work to me. A bachelor's degree is required for most animators and so does knowing how to use computer software for developing and editiong animations. Becoming an animator requires concentration, determination, loyalty, and a imagination. It also requires being open to new techniques or artstyles to make the aniamation stand out from others. A good sense of anatomy and colors is the basis for any decent animation.

I am willing to wait and have an entirely different career if it means I will finally get to live my dream one day. At least when the time comes I will be sure that that is what I want to be.

Educating the body, mind, and character
"Of all the work that is done or can be done for our country, the greatest is that of educating the BODY, the MIND, and above all, CHARACTER, giving spiritual and moral training to those who in a few years are themselves to decide the destinies of the nation." - Theadore Roosevelt
I can happily agree with Theadore Roosevelt because I also believe that education is one of the most important things in the world. The only way to improve oursleves and our world is by improving our mind, our bodies, and our character if we want to make the world a better place for every one. We must gain KNOWLEDGE and be able to go beyond our own thinking to be able to create something new. We cannot let oursleves be abided by limits if we wish to create breakthroughs or solutions. To make the world a safer and happier place everyone must put effort into having good character, we must put trust into people if we ever want to move on. If we ever want to improve on our technical advancements than we must train our minds, we need KNOWLEDGE. How are we ever going to find the cure for anything if we do not bother to try and experiment or study others advancements. We must teach everything we can to the children now so they will lead to a better world in the future. No one does not automaticly know how the earth turns, or why there are so many stars in the sky. We all start off new and we should put the gift we have of being able to understand concepts and to learn..

"Take responsibility for your own body, spirit, and for your own physical, mental, and spiritual being."-Mr.Haymoore 2k17
We all have brains and thoughts, our thoughts decide what actions we take, therefore we are in charge of everything we do as a person. I agree with Mr. Haymoore that we should all take responsibility for our actions even when we may make mistakes. No person is perfect but the we to better ourselves is to accept our decisions and improve on them for the future. Whether or not you do y our homework or study for a test is your decision, it is your life that you are in control of. We are also in charge of our thought and emotions most of the time. We can alter the way we think about things to make ourselves better people. In the end we cannot put all the blame for our actions on circumstances, we lived to the best of our ability and that is the truth. It is good to remember that what we do now affects yours and others futures. If you decide to vandalize something it affects the person who owns the building and the way that establishment is seen. If you decide to go to a good college then you will change your life and the people you meet's lives. Every action, whether it is good or bad, has consequences.

"Intelligence is not enough. Inteligence plus character, that is the goal of true education."- Martin Luther King Jr.
I can understand how it is important to be intelligent and have good character because no matter how smart you may be your actions are still what decides what kind of person you are. No one is going to see you as the person you want to be if you do not act like it, they will only see you as someone who is not very pleasant to be around. Being intelligent and being a good person is what everyone wants to be looked as. To be your best self you have to know what is a good or bad decision in life if you want tot make the best of it. You are not stuck having a low intelligence or a bad character, it is not easy to improve on. Your dedication is what will get you to become smarter or a better person if you try hard everyday. Reading a book is one way to improve your intelligence, you could even listen to lectures that are online. Looking up to a good figure is an amazing way to build good character, understand their choices so you can learn how to make your own. Your willpower determines what you are great at. Do not lead a life you will regeret, do your best everyday.

"We need the courage to start and continue what we should do, and the courage to stop what we shouldn't do." -Richard I. Evans
I agree completely with Mr. Evans because to have a better world it is necessary to have good people. We cannot have our perfect world where everyone is happy if we do not try to change ourselves first. If there are no good people there will be noone to inspire and act on change. Sadly we need to be inspired to help one another so we must grow the courage to start doing good things no matter what. Some are stuck in a place where they believe there is no good in the world, those people feel like there is no hope. Those people do not realize that if there is nothing good in the world that they can be the good in the world that people need. It would be a good thing to give people hope, that would inspire others to do good things later on.
During winter break I mainly drew and slept late the entire time, I also began to clean the house daily. My mother kept me in check for sure with the chores. I went to my aunt's house for christmas and the park with my friends, before both events I went to the mall to watch Moana :^) During the break I met my friends and my family members, the park was a great time :^) I also started a doodle journal in which I draw everyday, I hope to accomplish drawing every day for this year >.< I thankfully did not have any homework, my english class was close to getting ten essays to during break. I also began my new year's resolutions, i will try to do my homework the day it was assigned,(might not happen.) I started winter break by watching a show on Netflix called Sense8, it had a christmas special that I was very excited about. I also began to download apps on the phone that I got for Christmas. I downloaded an app called mystic messenger, it is an interesting game with diverse characters and their own backstories. I also downloaded a drawing app on my phone even though I still need a stylus. Then I downloaded schoology on the last day before winter break because i did not want to be reminded of school tbh.
