"You cannot do wrong and feel right. It is impossible."-Ezra T. Benson
I agree with Benson that if you do something bad you can't feel right, it is natural to feel guilty or bad if you do something bad. To feel good, you must do something good. If you do something bad you should fix the situation so you or the the person won't feel bad. No one feels good when they do something bad like forgetting someone's birthday, or when you don't study for a test, you'll feel bad but you have to fix the problem and remember to not make the same mistake ever again. Let's say you stole something from a liquor store for no good reason, you never feel completely without guilt, you would be ashamed of yourself. It is easy to feel right, just don't do anything that would make you feel wrong. If you say something you weren't supposed to say, then apologize to that person and make it up to them. Nobody deserves to feel wrong because of another person's actions. 33
when people do more severe things like lie to someone or do something horrible the person who caused those actions never forget. They always remember what they did, they always regret it. If you do what you are supposed to do and choose to be a good person, you will feel right. You will be able to sleep peacefully at night knowing you did something good that makes you feel good everyday. That is way better than being miserable because you did a bad thing.
